I ordered some Diwali sweet through Lovenwishes on October 23. After couple of minutes I decided to cancel the order. So that I contacted the customer care for the refund. They said that the refund is proceed now and it will take couple of days. After one month I didn't received any refund so I called them again. Then they said that due to I am payed through Paypal it will take time but will refund into my Paypal account within next 5 business days. Now its almost 2 months. I didn't received any refund so far. Worst experience I ever had through online order. Never ever order anything from Lovenwishes.

For the order placed, there was no delivery and no refund done even after multiple follow ups. They just take away the money and keep saying refund will be done. BE AWARE!!! You will lose sending anything for your loved ones occasion and also spend so much time just following up for refund. At the end no REFUND, FRAUDDDDDDDDDDD!!!! {{Redacted}}

BIGGEST FRAUDS!!! Please stay away from this site.

Their quality is horrible! It will be just waste of your money and please don't throw away your money like that. I placed an order of 2 kg gulab jamun and paid around Rs. 2200 ($33 - that's another story...please make sure you convert rs into dollars so they don't extra charge you like they did to me.) and they sent haldiram's gulab jamun packed/canned box that is full of syrup and you can get that on amazon.in for Rs.

177 and when I said I had placed an order for freshly made and not this full of syrup gulab jamun then they said oh it's gulab jamun too and price shouldn't matter and when I contacted again then they said they will redeliver 1 kg but they never did and now they are not replying to my emails and I think they blocked me on chat too so please don't use this site as it's not reliable.

All those good reviews on facebook are years old so don't go by those. My first order was of 4kg laddoo and they only sent 2kg and when I asked they covered it by saying ohh they thought it was 2kg box/each and they had sent two.

Horrible service. They never deliver on time even though you pay extra for fixed delivery. I ordered cake and flowers for my mother's retirement to be delivered at her office and they did not deliver. Highly unprofessional and worst customer service ever. Will never use this service again and I advise others also please be aware of this fraud delivery service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

they are dodge people. will never ever use this site again,they said they will deliver my order in 4 hours but they took more than 9 hours. they ruined my Dad's birthday, they were waiting since 12pm and they received the gift at 8:30pm in night... because of them my parents couldn't have left the house whole day. what a hopeless site. when i call them they rejected to give me any kind of information. staff is so rude.they doesn't sound professional at all.

Worst company poor service and zero customer support... The phone no. Is given only for name sake. Nobody must have ever got through them. The executives chatting online are rude and senseless. I ordered a cake for my sister on Valentine's day at 7:30 a.m. and it was delivered at 10:30 in the night when she and her family were going to bed. Wen I enquired in the evening and said if my order wouldn't be delivered I WL complain to consumer forum, the answer I got was ' You can do whatever you want". Pathetic people.

i ordered the chocolate cake and it was totally different on the website and was different the regular cake when it was sent, i had talked with the customer service and they said that they will put the requested message on the cake but they didn't, i asked them to put the exact message on the greeting card but they didn't they changed the feeling of the original message. well they are bad people and made the situation and the feeling of the occasion bad, i i will never order from there any anymore. the prices on the website is really high as compared to the real MRP's so they are big dacoit, charging more money is not a problem but atleast the real thing should be deleivered.

Wrong cake, wrong greeting

Two Problems, 1. Incorrect cake 2. Incorrect greeting on the cake. we have ordered a Round Butterscotch cake 500gm to be delivered for my dad's bday, it was delivered on the correct date, but instead of butterscotch they sent a regular plum cake. with the senders name in the greeting instead of custom message as requested. We have made sure chatted with them online and asked for confirmation of what would be the turnaround delivery time anticipated based on order date they said it would be next day. so we made an order and they have downplayed us. We are truly disappointed in their service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEB SITE FOR ANYONE!! Regards, Y

I ordered a 5 start bakery cake that I wanted to get delivered to my husbands office during his lunch hours. The online Customer help assured me my delivery of a 2 kg 5 star cake will be done between 12 pm to 1 pm like 5 times. And then I call at that time and they say it will be there by 4 pm. They gave me a contact number which nobody picked up at all. Very Very disappointing and playing with emotions. I would strongly recommend people to not buy anything form there at all ever even if they give it for free.

Wrong rotten cake delivery

Worst, pathetic, disgusting service and cakes. Cheaters sitting to just make money. I have ordered for eggless chocolate truffle cake. Just before the delivery, the cake shop person called up to tell that they don't have eggless cake and would deliver cake with egg. And then they deliver a rotten pineapple cake. Since the party was already one, nobody could open the cake box at the time it was delivered. We discovered it only at the time of cutting the cake. No just that, when I called them up for the complaint, event sent them a picture of cake, they reverted after three days and said I will have to return their pineapple cake, as if I will keep it to rot and smell at the venue. Worst, pathetic, disgusting service and cakes. Cheaters sitting to just make money.

We placed an online order for 2kg dry fruit of 6 types for Diwali. However, the delivery included only four types of dry fruit, the cheapest variety of dry fruit was half the weight. For example, the dry fruit tray of six sections had two full sections of raisins and only half the section of pistachio. No walnuts or even a section of . They charge you like they will put an equal weight of six varieties of dry fruit but they will fill half the package with raisins and other cheap almonds. After burnt by lovenwishes.com, I used a different company in Delhi to order dry fruit for my relatives and friends. Quality was superb, all varieties of dry fruit, not just raisins galore, was delivered. I don't want to identify the new company online as my experience is limited with the new gift delivery service but they are not thieves like lovenwishes.com Stay away from lovenwishes.com as they will take advantage of the fact that you are an NRI or an outsider so they can deliver *** and no body will question them.
